It has just been announced that Kanako Murata will fight at the next Girls S-cup event. The event, which will be held on Thursday, July 7th, will take place at the Toyosu Pit Arena. Murata’s opponent is Dutch K1 fighter Ilona Wijmans, with the fight to be held under Rizin MMA rules (3×5 min rounds, 57kgs). Wijmans is a K.O. Specialist, so it will be very interesting to see what kind of fight this one will be. Murata, who is coming off her second straight victory after fighting recently in the US, is 2-0 in her young career and will be looking to stay undefeated.
