Goran Reljic will be facing Vadim Nemkov for the opening round of RIZIN WORLD GP. Excited to be able to fight in the country where martial arts was born, his roots of becoming a MMA fighter was from PRIDE.

Russia MMA Union’s Vadim Nemkov will be facing Goran Reljic in the opening round for RIZIN WORLD GP. He picked his memorial fight to be the World SAMBO Championship Japan held in Chiba last year where he captured the world title.
“Last year’s Sambo championship was the tournament where I became world champion so that was memorable. It boosted my confidence as a fighter. I feel like becoming the world champion made me look at other competitors differently. Winning the championship made me mature as a martial artist.”
